SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Due to COVID-19, Orders are experiencing shipping delays.

 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE ADDRESS PROVIDED IS INCORRECT.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED PACKAGES BY USPS or UPS.

If the shipping address provided on the order is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee for us to ship it again and you have to contact us at: RocioAlvaradoBeauty@gmail.com

Orders placed before 12:00 am CST will processed same day.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Please allow 1 day for processing before your order is shipped.

Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following Monday, excluding holidays.

Orders ship out 1-2 business days  except FRIDAY to SUNDAY (ship out the following Monday if not a HOLIDAY).

If you don't receive your order and it has been ascended as received by USPS or UPS please contact the your carrier.

We have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned, and lost packages.
